Reported that a number of the Think Apartments properties have gone into administration and will cease operations on September 1st. Both the London Bridge (Long Lane) and Bermondsey Street properties are affected, while the Maltings Place (Tanner Street) property will continue to operate. Think Apartments itself hasn't gone under, but a few of the properties that they operated out of are being repossessed. Curious to see if they will re-open as serviced apartments or be re-purposed. I think they were a good concept - hope they don't disappear.

I think Air bnb might be to blame for this.

The Tower Bridge one was a hotbed of late night noise and disturbances to local residents especially at weekends with 8 to a flat stag parties booking. Hopefully they will be converted to residential apartments. Curious that the Hotel next door never completed their extension to ajoin it either.
