Hi all

I've just moved into the area and looking for a personal trainer or baby and bumps class - can anyone recommend anyone?

Thanks

Try the Borough Babies group (I think it's a Yahoo group, but am probably wrong). They'll definitely have an answer for you.

...if you press it, they will come.

No 1 fitness on Tower Bridge Road (Tanner Street end) are amazing. It's not cheap and they work you very hard, but if you want results you will get them. I used them to prepare for a specific event I was doing and their set up is great. Very professional, supportive and it works.

Thanks Garcia but No.1 fitness was a bit to expensive for me! - Ive signed up to Fitness For Everybody - I found them yesterday whilst taking a stroll to the tube. Jane runs PT/ baby/mother classes every week. http://www.fitnessforeverybody.co.uk

I can't find that Borough group, it will be great to join them ...i was hoping they were on Facebook as i don't have a yahoo account. Do you know of another mother/baby online groups?

google borough babies yahoo groups. It's simple. they're very useful. possibly even worth the 5 mins it must take to sign up.

...if you press it, they will come.
