When I used to visit he museum I would always leave saddened and reminded about the futility of war. War is murder, murders created by old men for our young men to die and obviously any civilians caught up in the wholesale slaughter, any Nationalality (that dont look right!) race, colour or creed.

The Museum must stay and remind future generations of past mistakes, ones that are being generated right now by egotistical leaders, lets hope young people are stronger fighting their leaders than we were, from whatever country they are from.

I was born during the 2nd world war, despite being too young to remember the bombing etc., I saw the wounded servicemen with missing limbs, homes that were destroyed, even up to the 60's there were still bomb sites in London, the sadness of widows, orphaned children, the hardships endured by ordinary people.

I signed the petition.
