Long term rent studio or room for artist painter

Hello,
I am fine artist, exhibiting in London UK and worldwide.
I am looking for a natural light studio, as artist painter working mainly with acrylics and oil on canvas.
Now I am in ASC studios Erlang House, 128 Blackfriars Road SE1, but the house going to be redeveloped, I need to vacate it latest 19 March.
I will need the space approximately 25 square meters with natural light.
