I usually send different companies their junk letters using each others' prepaid envelopes: so they can pay for the privilege of receiving each others' rubbish...

Finally got our delivery of recycling bags last week, but I will gladly accept any spare ones people may have! I'm guessing Zoe you may be based near Blackfriars Road, as it seems a common problem around here!

I am based near Blackfriars road, spot on! Friends in SE16 have also had the problem however, so it's not just us.

After emailing four times I realised the issue was the veolia delivery, asking nicely wasn't the problem!
