Drinking outside the pub - when is there too many

We have a problem in Enid Street mostly on Saturday's it's not the pavement they block it's the road!! They spread out so far only one car can pass and you have to slow down as someone regularly will step backwards into the traffic. Parents have Children in buggies in the middle of the road no concern to the safety of their offspring!!

One man a few weeks ago stepped backward as I passed touching my mirror causing me to bip my horn, wellk who told me to warn him I was about to ruin him over, I got the most vile drunken abuse in a very Etonian accent and he even followed me into my car park with his friends trying to distract him away.

It's a miracle that no one has been hurt yet.
