the new london college of communication is to be 'cutting edge' (guess the quota on 'iconic' buildings is full)

any regeneration CONsultations were only ever that, not being allowed in unless your name was on the list is simply them not giving a damn

It's really sad to read how Delancy is treating businesses in the shopping centre, but I think it's much sadder for the area to live with a derelict shopping centre which badly needs maintenance and upgrading.
Having heard rumours about the demolition since early 2000 I now think they are just that... rumours.

It's going ahead, make no mistakes. However the elephant of the future will be devoid of Afro Carribean and South American businesses, the entire profiling of the area will have changed and another era gone.
