Yes interesting indeed. When I had stroke local GP reception informed me they closed 1pm on Thursdays. Not now since I kicked up etc. I was disappointed at their lack of compassion and organisation

Omitted to mention receptionist also asked me to attend in a week's time or tomorrow....... Perhaps she thought the stroke would disappear within a week...
to see if there was cancellation.

Had a reply from Princess St- manager assures me they are taking these matters seriously but staff must be given a chance to improve. I have pointed out that NHS choices reports time and time again issues with the rude reception staff back to 2012 and I myself have experienced issues with reception (on the rare times I visit) way before then - this would suggest they have been given a lot of time to improve? Also since 26th Sept when the patient manager responded to me - so presumably spoke to staff- incidents continue to happen!

Perhaps there could be a tv show competition for the rudest ones ever? Or an undercover one

Reply from Princess ST - won't add anything to what they have already said- re my comments these matters have been going on a long time-so surely staff have had enough time to improve....!
