I'll guess that there'll be a Pret a Manger ; there's always a Pret a Manger .

There's large one in Waterloo Station and another one on The Cut, about 200m away. In case you get hungry in between, they're opening one on the corner of Baylis Road and Waterloo Road.

Gail's Bakery is taking one of the units at One Tower Bridge. There is also The Ivy.

It's a little chain now, isn't it.

...if you press it, they will come.

The ivy will be nice and so will Gail's as this been confirmed?!! I'm really hoping it's not a pret or eat and all the usual rubbish we seem to get on every street corner!

It's on the Se1 twitter page. Any other rumours of what might be opening?

According to the Independent, Belgo, the moules et frites mob have bought up the Caprice, and the Ivy to add to their portfolio.
How are the mighty fallen?
Still, as an ex black cab driver I can see one plus, the smarmy doorman at the Ivy won't be whistling up his mates in their Toyotas to fleece unsuspecting diners now, if the Ivy is changed to a slightly upscale Zizzi.
