Indeed, the Tom in the article I linked to appears to be an ex-director of the company.

Not sure why he is an ex director though.. all sounds rather strange but it could be the making of a great new place

Mystery solved - Tom Simmons is opening a Welsh restaurant. See quote below. Who'd have thought it!

"Tom Simmons, a former star of MasterChef: The Professionals, launches the self-titled venture at the One Tower Bridge development that will also house a new Ivy brasserie and a 900-seat theatre, opening this autumn"

So today I heard that a rosa Thai cafe is also opening which is a great addition along with gunpowder which is an amazing Indian restaurant from over in Spitalfields market and this will be there first large scale restaurant so all very exciting .

The Coalshed restaurant from Brighton is also coming to One Tower Bridge
