Strange then Paramount that sprinklers are routinely fitted in the investment properties all around us. These cannot be for "vulnerable residents" but for vulnerable investments.
"Because they are worth it" perhaps?

That's not accurate Paramount - sprinklers were fitted in sheltered housing after the Lakanal fire.

Since Grenfell the council has said it will look again at the case for sprinklers in all its high rise blocks.

that's what I meant. There are vulnerable people all over not just care homes or sheltered housing etc but I now have been assured by a council official that they will act positively and fire sprinklers etc n fire security in general naturally will be looked at again
