It on the western side of were the Circus meets Blackfriars Road.

It looks like a head on collision with the car then thrown to the side. It doesn't really answer any questions about how it happened though, as why would the car be on that side of the road.

You are being harsh, it's not the worse building in the world. What about 1 Blackfriars.
