My point was that if he can butcher whole sheep , cows and pigs, cutting thin slices of beef is unlikely to be much of a challenge. Anyway, it's not important - just wanted to give a good review of the place. From my experience it's always been a good butcher and, an added bonus, they would get in anything you asked for, whether they normally stocked it or not. I've ordered venison, pheasants, quail, rabbit and various other things over the years, so I'm definitely going to miss the shop.
