Confirmed that this is being setup by the owner of Bermondsey Arts Club / The Other Room. With their track record, this should be a nice addition to the area.

If McDonald's on Walworth Road can be open for business 24/7, I don't see why Rossi's can't serve burgers up to 02:00...

No objection for them being open until 2am, but NOT serving alcohol. That's just asking for trouble.
