Does anyone remember Peabody Buildings in the 50s just after the war.When we played in the bombed ruins.And gathered our conkers from Bishops Park.Went to the War Museum ,Then later in our teens went to the coffee bars and Ronnie Scott's also danced in the Lyceum.I would love to hear from anyone who lived and were children and then worked in those days ,thank you in advance.I am originally from Peabody Buildings ,Duchy Street SE1 then moved to Kennington Road then to Brixton....
