Hi all,
Hope this is the right place for this.

St George's Day is fast approaching . For many years some friends and I have always taken the afternoon off work and visited The Market Porter in Borough Market to indulge in some fine ale.
4 years ago and before the Market Porter would always decorate itself with a few flags and some bunting, pass around a few St George's bowler hats and we'd have a good laugh, a good drink then go off home happy.

Last year we returned after 2 years away (due to St George's day falling on the weekend) and it was completely different. No bunting, no flags, no atmosphere and to be honest no fun. (It was a Monday but no excuse)

I was wondering if anyone knew of any SE1 pubs that may be putting on a bit of a show? Not asking for much, just a bit of atmosphere and a few flags.

Many thanks in advance.
