Our teenage boy got mugged midday today on Webber Street / Glasshill Street corner- 2 lowlifes took his bike and phone - they were on bikes themselves, one yellow Ofo which they ditched and an old mountain bike. It's generally felt quite safe round there but take care - there are all sorts out there.

Sorry to hear & hope he will be ok as things like this knock your confidence & can make you fearful. Make sure you report it to the police though, helps build up a picture of what's going on.

Nope. We don't have any police. Well there are some called police but they are just worthless and thick. You can call emergency and local 12 times as you witness a burglery and not only do they not come out but they tell you the next day they have no record of a call.
Talk to ambulance staff and they can tell you some amazing stories of how thick and useless the police are.
Build up a picture? Maybe if it looks like a Mr Man book the average pig could make sense of it.

Maybe reporting it on line will make sure there is e-mail confirmation

What a horrible response , and how disrespectful to the police. We just do not have enough police on the beat and you can only work with what you have. The vast majority of police are hard working , care about the community and acknowledge that they just have to prioritise with the lack of resources they have .
As for referring to them as pigs . What a Prick.

How many police officers have we lost? How much has crime increased pro rate? The officers can only adhere to the framework the politicians give. We don't see officers on the street anymore because they become targets for certain people in the community. Assaulting an officer becomes a badge of honour. Bring back Borstals for younger offenders. Bring back Prison sentences that are just that. If you were lucky enough to be given reduction for good behaviour it was a third off your sentence.

Now if scumbags are sentenced automatically they know it's only five years off ten. Bring back Capital punishment. Nothing else is going to stop slaughter on our streets.

Yeah I know...

No it's mostly a problem that the pigs are thick and don't care. Ask ambulance workers. I'm sure you'll keep your head in the clouds though.

Pigs, Beetroot? Join up, put the uniform on, go out on the streets with just a baton. Do the job if you think you can do it better. Make sure you got plenty of bottle. Have a go if you think you're hard (and clever) enough. Good luck, you're gonna need it with that attitude.

Pigs, Beetroot? Remember London Bridge and those bravery awards?
Join up, put the uniform on, go out on the streets with just a baton to defend you from the kitchen knives, gangs and terrorists. Have a go if you think you're hard (and clever) enough. Good luck, you're gonna need it with that attitude.

Or do what most of the pigs do. Put the uniform on and don't turn up at all like the times myself and my neighbours and my ambulance worker friends have called them. Idiots like scooter and DebraG just keep it going. Disgusting people.
