Cleaning gutters

Any recommendations for gutter cleaners? I have seen an earlier thread about this and note that there was a single recommendation for a single individual... just hoping for corroboration or further suggestions.

I recommend a fellow named Delev who runs a professional clean-all sorts business. Had him clean the gutters on our 3 story that had built up moss and organics. Courteous and efficient.
