City hall...

In the plan to 'slim' down City Hall succeeds, if the amount of staff left don't warrant a huge building, will it be emptied and sold on to developers...torn down...or be reinvented as a very expensive hotel?

Just curious...

I gather the decision will be made by it’s owners, a Kuwaiti property fund management to let out or redevelop.

I’m hoping for it to be converted as a summer stint into a kerbesque meets thunder dome eating and entertaining venue.

Love the prospect of Kerbesque/Thunderdome/ eating and entertainment venue...Otto I salute you...with the added addition of Bungee jumping from The Bridge...perhaps we could get David Blaine to appear in his glass box again! Not eating at the Venue because he'd run out f luncheon vouchers!
