They evidently don't work, so a new, more radical approach is required. You know. like Trump and Brexit are more radical approaches.

Except Trump and Brexit was delivered via a democratic vote, as opposed to a vocal minority who are desperate to find racism around every corner.

But Trump was never elected by the popular vote either in 2016 or 2020, quite a few million behind in both instances. Unlike Brexit which was a popular vote.

Anything other then the popular vote is gerrymandering of the system

I agree wholeheartedly with the statement put out by the Millwall players.

He won the electoral college, which was put in place in 1804. Every candidate since then has known that you have to win enough electoral college votes to win the election. A strange system indeed, but no stranger than our first past the post system, where a party can garner 1.5 million voted and get 50 seats (SNP), whilst another party garners 4.5 million votes and gets no seats (UKIP).
As for the Millwall players statement, what did you expect it to say? Millwall FC pay their (generous) wages. They are hardly going to voice any opposition to this fascistic nonsense and risk their careers.

"One of their stated aims is to destroy capitalism". No doubt you've researched that so do please share where BLM have stated that.

Or... could it be that you have just regurgitated lies vomited up by racists?

But no, you're going to share a direct quote from BLM to substantiate your extravagant allegation...

No. Boo at people taking the knee in support of anti-racism and your motivation will rightly be questioned. . A lot of people are aware of and disagree with some of the values BLM stand for, but this denunciation of racism has risen above that. This is not about BLM, it\s bigger than that, it's about fighting racism, which still is very much present in football as well as society. BLM were the trigger, they are not the actual cause.

When they decided to change the Elephant and Castle, it wasn't to get rid of black or Asian or Colombian, it was to get rid of working class people!

Wake up, it's about division.

One last thing, those booers are season ticket holders who have never uttered a racist word at Millwall (well not in the last 20 yrs, it would have been heard, don't worry about that!), and they decide to get racist on front of the World, when they're easily traceable?

Why did our media so embrace a British BLM because something happened in the States?

The black American bloke that rang LBC laughing his head off summed it up, "you don't know how lucky you are" haha

Oh the answer to the top question is = division, have I mentioned that?

So, what were they booing about, boroughnian? Has there been a statement from the supporters' club?

Am I the only one that wishes Darcus Howe was still around? I would love his take on all this. I bet it would surprise a few.

From their original mission statement, their aim is to form a “global liberation movement” that will “overturn US imperialism [and] capitalism.”. There are some other doozies in there, like dismantling the traditional Western nuclear family, closing prisons and giving reparations to jailed drug dealers! You do have to do a bit of digging online these days, because since they realised that they can make some serious moolah out of stupid white people and corporations, they have removed a lot of this stuff from their websites.
A couple of their founders described themselves as "trained Marxists" (who knew you needed to train to be a Marxist? I thought you just had to have a penchant for taking other peoples money and killing anybody you perceive to be in opposition to you.)
The BLM movement was founded on lies (the Trayvon Martin and Michael Brown shootings, both young men who made the rash decision to get into a fight with somebody who was armed. Michael Brown in particular was a young thug who was stopped by police after he had beaten up a shop assistant and decided to try and wrestle for the policeman's gun. Bye Michael! BLM "activists" then tried claiming that he had shouted "hands up, don't shoot". It was Pure B.S, greedily lapped up by the servile media.
Anyway, keep taking the knee. Wakanda Forever!

Were last night’s events expected and predicted too, Edward?

A report from the BBC is here (https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/55239475).

The headline from the BBC this time is “Millwall fans applaud as players unite behind anti-racism banner before QPR match”!
