Inside information nedeed

Hello

I'm thinking about moving to a flat just off Pocock Street, between Blackfriars Road and Southwark Bridge Road and I am looking for information from current residents. It would be great if someone could please tell me what the area is like, particularly how safe it is. I know the part of the area a little bit as I go to some bars and restaurants around there, but not as a resident and particularly not that street. Any information/comments will be greatly appreciated.
