Maybe we could have part of the Bavarian Alps in SE1? We could have a mountain in Burgess Park, get rid of the Old Kent Road, and replace it with the Romantische Strasse: http://www.romanticroad.com/default.htm - A much more pleasant walk to work. I would replace Southwark and London Bridges with identical replicas of Tower Bridge and have them all opening and closing continuously - marvelous.

Garlic and Shots in Soho - that way I could walk home instead of being offensive to others on public transport following garlic steak, garlic honey vodka and garlic beer!
