KIpling Street used to have some in ground that passes for a park, borders on weston st. or kennington park just pass e and c....

look behind the travel lodge on tower bridge road they are in a park. You can also get to them via Leather Market Street.

The courts are in Tanner Street, between Tower Bridge Road and Bermondsey Street.

Tanner St courts are free, they are okay, not perfectly flat, and the nets are a bit loose sometimes, but they are free! - and there is a nice bit of grass / park next to it that you can sit on / picnic etc.

also there are some outdoor ones in Archbishop's Park opposite St Thomas' Hospital

There are some albeit ropey ones in Burgess Park - but they're free!
