I read somewhere that you could buy gift vouchers for the London Eye - anyone know how to get them as I want to give one to my husband for Christmas

Regeneration is currently in the planning stages. A developer (Southwark Land Regeneration) has been appointed, and now they're drawing up plans & seeking relevant permissions. Nothing will happen till at least late next year, but then prepare yourself for living in a building site for the foreseeable future! Heygate Estate is, I believe, the first thing to go, and I guess the shopping centre will follow shortly afterwards. The plans are ambitious and exciting, You should be receiving the E&C consultation newsletter through your door, if not contact the project team on 7525 4903. By the way, the developers are actively seeking input from local people about how the development should affect the area: ask them how to get involved or join your local tenants/residents association!

Gift (Flight) Vouchers can be purchased for The BA London Eye ticket hall situated in County Hall. *Or by calling 0870 444 55 44 (office hours). Adults 9.50 Children 5-15 6.00 Children under 5 1.00 Senior Citizens 60+ 7.50 Disabled 7.50 *I recommend you purchase them direct from the ticket hall, as post is not guaranteed to reach in time for Christmas. Prices and subject to change, vouchers non-refundable and not for resale other terms and conditions apply. Flight vouchers are in fact 1 more expensive than standard tickets. This is to cover the cost of glossy packaging and a human being as opposed to an automated booking line. Should you have any more questions about Flight vouchers, please do not hesitate to contact BA London Eye Customer Services on 020 7654 0828 (office hours). Kind regards BALE Customer Services

There isn't one. It's their HQ (for now, anyway, until they move to Canary Wharf). Don't know why it's on the store locator, though I think it's listed under supermarkets in Yellow Pages. Dave
