From Southwark Cathedral report and accounts, year ended 31 Dec 2009:

The [loan] to finance the costs of the redevelopment project for the All Hallows site, was drawn down in 2004 and is repayable either from a loan to finance the entire project if a decision is taken to proceed with construction or from the sale proceeds from the site if no such decision is taken.

If the Save All Hallows Campaign prevent Southwark Cathedral from developing the site, they will just sell it.

The Save All Hallows Campaign need to either dispute ownership or raise the funds to buy the land.

Seems this graveyard is open. What a lovely place. Stumbled across it today. Does anyone know what happened.
