(ok, I'm in a ranting mood today).

Has anybody else noticed that the wonderful little playground behind the London Eye has had several facilities removed recently? (the mini-tightrope, and several other enjoyable playground facilities).

Was this an act of vandalism, or have they been removed by the council?

The South Bank Centre looks after this one, not the Council. I suspect its wear and tear. The playground is amazingly heavily used.

Worth looking out for any consultation on what will go into Jubilee Gardens once all the planning stuff is sorted. If enough people demand playgrounds maybe they will enlarge it.
