That's interesting the inspector has ruled out any audio recordings of the proceedings.

Never mind audio recording. The whole thing should be videod and broadcast on there website.

I haven't sent a complaint to the inquiry I think I will just write to John precott .

I might pop into the inquiry briefly to see if there are any models.

The problem with audio or video recording is that it can't differentiate between what is legally allowed and what isn't - only evidence within the terms of the inquiry is allowed.

I clearly recall a planning inquiry where whole batches of evidence were inadmissable - the same happens at trials.

You can write to JP if you like, but it's a waste of time.

There is no transcript of the earlier enquiries relating to Thameslink, either - anyone who wants a record of proceedings has to attend and make their own notes, which makes things very difficult and inconvenient for local opposition to the scheme. Odd that, isn't it?

I would think there probably is one for the inspector/judge, but that it is not publicy available for the same reason.

I popped in to the inquiry for an hour to day

There are some good modals there

Apart from the effect on Borough market I think the demolition of the Britain at war building on tooly street ,is a pretty bad idea, and the canopy over Blakfries bridge ,isn't what you want to see on the river.

Sounds like there hasn't been much moderation of the plan since the last application then?
