I find Southwark's website a bit hard to navigate, but eventually found this at

Not read it yet, but the intro says we have until 20 November to comment

Hello David

Very sorry you had problems navigating the council's website. Should you need assistance with finding anything in future, please use the Ask Austin link on the home page. He'll be happy to help.

Thanks. I'm probably too impatient, but I find the categories on the homepage a bit vague - "living", "learning", "discovering" etc. I think I looked under "your say" and "regeneration", before I found it.

What's wrong with having front page links saying things like:

Sport and leisure

Arts and entertainment

Museums, galleries and history

Planning and regeneration

Refuse and recycling

Health and Social Services

Just a thought, and I promise to Ask Austin in Future. I've just e-mailed my comments on the draft framework and it was acknowledged straightaway. So well done on that.
