Does anyone know what is happening to the building that used to hold the Davys offices and the wine bar next door?

The information below is from LBS' Planning application register ( ) :

Planning Case File Number: TP/11-59
Proposal: Details of an elevation, annotated to show any treatment proposed to the listed external wall facing into the proposed glazed link as required by condition 5 of planning permission dated 23/01/2004 LBS.REG.No.03-AP-0705 for external and internal alterations including provision of new glazed link connecting the rear wing of no.59 with new four storey office development, demolition of single storey rear to the ground level to no 59, replacement of existing fire escape doors with two new sash windows at rear first and second floor level to no 59 and internal realignment throughout.(Applicationfor Listed Building Consent).

The earlier planning application, 03-AP-0705 doesn't show up on the register but, as I understand it, was for 18,000sq/ft of office space. Unusual for Bermondsey St these days.

Also, have a look at current and previous applications for Black Swan Yard, immediately adjacent to this development.
