I've been invited to the Medival banquette at St Kathryn's Dock in June, for a hen party.
I'm in need of a dress maker to make a medieval dress. ANY HELP??

Is it something you'd wear over and over again? Wouldn't hiring something be more practical?

Not unless I got invited to another fancy dress!!!!! At 60-70, I can't really afford to hire.

i was under the impression that you get given a costume when you go in - nothing fancy, just a tabard typr thing. might be worth checking out.

also still might be cheaper to hire one - have you seen the price of fabric these days!?!

A friend of mine went to one of these recently, they gave a costume to their boss and everyone else just wore their own clothes. If you did want to get a costume you can buy then from angels www.fancydress.com from 35 and probably from other fancy dress shops. Or try Camden market or ebay!
