The main hairdresser from the Salon was John Foster, who's the manager of the London Bridge salon on Bermondsey Street (see the other thread...).

Paul was the main bloke from the Salon - the manager. John was one of the stylists!

Oh, and I was enjoying a meal at Champor-Champor and saw them politely but firmly tell Zandra Rhodes that they were full, and that meant she couldn't have a table.
