37 Degrees has recently had all its machines replaced, so everything but the air conditioning is in pretty good order. The team there is friendly these days, which was not always the case. The rude receptionists, who were truly awful, are long gone. Recently the gym finally introduced feedback cards, but I think they have gone now. The main problem with this facility is the atrocious air conditioning. They just can't sort it out. It's under-spec'd and they did not invest during the equipment replacement programme. The temperature in the studios is mostly unbearable during the summer months. 37D is expensive for what it is. The service and maintenance should be higher for the price. The class programme is good and improving, but the summer heat wave and temperature problems stop this club excelling.
