You could try Christ Church on Blackfriars Road. It's a two minute walk from Southwark Tube Station and around eight minutes from Waterloo Station. It has a large hall, plus smaller rooms and a kitchen. It's also disabled accesable (though I'm not sure if the toilet is)and the staff are really pleasant and helpful. Their prices on on the website:

You can also try the LSE accomodation block behind the Tate Modern. They have rooms on the ground floor and the hire fees is very reasonable. We had our residents association meeting there some time ago.
