Anyone going down Webber Street, from the junction with Great Suffolk Street, must have noticed "Smiths" undertakers on the corner, and the short terrace that runs down Webber Street, in which all the doors are boarded up, plants seems to be growing out of the roof, many of the windows panes are cracked or even completely missing. I have occasionally seen people go in and out of the very last door. Does anyone know what the story behind these buildings is? Are they just abandoned? And it seems to me that there is a hazard to the public in having semi-smashed window panes with pieces of glass liable to fall onto the pavement.

Yup - I've noticed them too - and would love to know what it's all about as it has the potential to be quite a nice row of properties. Anyone know anythinh about these at all?
