I would pay approx 40 per hour for a personal trainer. I have used the same chap at LA Fitness London Wall for 2 years, and he is very good.

Agree with many of the comments above.
Pricing, location and relationship with the trainer are the most important points for me.

I think it's a great idea for those of us who end up joining to make use of a personal trainer but never actually go to the gym otherwise!
Noted.

Obviously with a discount if you buy a certain number of sessions in advance or commit to a certain number of sessions per week...

Would you still pay rent at Topnotch Health Club in London Bridge? It seems to me a better deal for you as you pay rent for the amount of 1 week worth of income and make 3 weeks worth of iuncome profit. I find the choice of Topnotch Health Club Personal Trainers great, also with the fantastic facilities they have you can enjoy a sauna, swim and jacuzzi after training, or even enjoy the gym or classes when not training with a trainer.

James hatt, you obviously don't know who I really am. However you have taken the liberty to openly make suggestions on your website about my identity. Maybe I have been interested in ajcfitness situation as I am a member of Topnotch? All I can say, friend of manager and a very happy member (for now). I believe that the discussion was about just PT versus Gym and PT. I have a PT he is also Dutch his name is Matthijs, sorry but like I said I use the other facilities as part of the full package. I have also done sessions with some of the other PT's in their ab's classes and therefore know the guys well enough to let you my opinion known. Thanks for letting me express myself on this forum without being judged. Have a great christmas anyway.

So much so that you used the manager's email address to register here?

Did you post the above message from Topnotch premises?
