There is an event on Potters Field today to promote the next Winter Olympics.

Either Anna Kournikova or Maria Sharapova (the guy I asked was not sure who) will be playing some kids at "tennis". Set to start at about 4pm.

I asked him if they had a decent logo - all I got was a wry smile. He assured me Ken won't be donning his shorts.

Unfortunately I'm visiting loons in Maine, so will be unable to take snaps of the comely Kourniporova for the celebs corner of The Shag Thames Residents' Association website but if anyone sends some good ones to . I'll put them up.

i like that the park is used and popular, if it wasn't i'm sure they wouldn't have ploughed so much money in to its refurb.
