There are rules about the freehold but basically it should be offered to the leaseholders first if it is for sale.

I may be wrong as I am not an expert in this field but I don't think this applies when the freehold is mixed used ie part residential and part commercial as City walk is.

Hi,

I live in Vesta Court and I was wondering if anyone can recommend a cleaner? I'm looking for someone to come round once a fortnight on Fridays. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Does anyone know if there is recycling in City Walk? I'm new to Vesta Court and it doesn't seem there are any recycling bins in carpark. Thanks.

Yes, next to Antonine Heights, after you walk through City Walk, on on your right. There are two wooden gates, behind which are several recycling bins.

Galliard's broke the law by not making the carpark lower and the ceiling higher, thus the collection vehicles cannot raise the bins. It took years to get them!

Happy recycling :p

Thanks very much! :) I never would have found that on my own. Now all I need is a reputable cleaner and I'm all set.

Several of my neighbours use the same lady - I'll ask one of them to PM you. I am domesticated, lol.

The 'Managing Agent' won't put a sign on the recycling gate.....no surprise there.......
