Police Tape - Grange Road

Anyone know why the police had blue tape cordon by the building site near the car wash and zebra crossing on Grange Road yesterday evening please?

yesterday evening ? Half of Grange Road was similarly cordoned off today at lunchtime, with police presence, and buses were diverted, I couldn't see what had happened though.

From the TFL Site: GRANGE ROAD/SPA ROAD: Due to a road traffic accident Routes 1 and 78 are being diverted in both directions.

A lady was killed this morning in a RTA around 10am, they cordoned off the road for forensic reasons

Oh dear.poor lady..was it at the same spot again? if so the 20mph limit is a very good thing there.
