I'm looking for a parking space to suit a van in the vicinity on the Jam Factory over the course of next week. Does anyone know of anywhere around the Jam Factory which isn't metered or permit holders only?

I have seen that Southwark council offer visitor permits for local residents, can anyone recommend any residents bays?

Many thanks

I'm sure many of us would like free parking near the Jam Factory - I know I would!
Southwark Council Parking Dept may offer 'parking suspension' during household moves, or Transport for London(TfL) will suspend a waiting/loading place on Tower Bridge Road red route for removals.
You may want to ask for 'residents' visitor's scratch-cards", which enable visitors to park daily in residents bays. These (not surprisingly) are available to residents only, so if you live local, you should be able to pick some up at the Parking Shop on the Old Kent Road,
or ask a friend if you are visiting.
Don't forget to pay the congestion charge if you move the van east of Tower Bridge Road!
Good luck.
