Best/worst pizza take out....

Simply Indian on Tabard Street do fairly decent takeaway, though it is neither standard takeaway fare nor inexpensive. They're a bit variable, but I rate their food by and large.

La Luna on the Walworth Road is super quick and excellent but collection only

Cucina do the best pizzas I've had, delivery or restaurant! As someone else said, also offer good selection of wine (and salads, etc) for delivery along with your pizza.

For me it's got to be Firezza who deliver from Herne Hill. The pizzas are certainly more expensive than the typical round ones, but having half a metre of pizza delivered to your door is well worth it.

Herne Hill. Is that near Brighton ;0)

Yes I do mean that one. They won't win any awards for being adventurous, but you can get great deals if you walk into the shop as opposed to phoning in for delivery.

We often get Indian takeaway from Mumbai on Dockhead. I would recommend them.

Ouisah - Try Tower Tandoori on TBR they are great - they even have 'open evenings' for regular customers!

(Only connection to either is that I've developed an utter addiction to both of them over the past 3 years of living in SE1!)

Ah well spotted! Pizze Cucina is correct one. The other Cucina by County Hall is a very average pasta/pizza joint.

ouisah - I'd recommend Hara (http://www.hararara.co.uk/) near Tower Bridge.

The bar/restaurant is a bit too empty most of the time for my tastes but the food is great. We only recently found out they did takeaway and have used it a few times.

Fantastic food, but maybe a bit pricey if you just want the regular takeaway stuff.
