There are a few empty shops on the Walworth Rd which gets a lot of footfall. There's one near the corner of Liverpool Grove & Walworth for sure.

Sounds like your shop would be well suited to Tower Bridge Road - try the local estate agents (especially Kalmars Commercial) and

There are some great sites all over SE1; it really depends on who you particularly want to target your products towards and how much you're prepared to pay for rent.

Rates vary massively across SE1 depending on whether you want a prime site close to the major transport hubs. If you are more flexible, Walworth Road certainly has massive potential, although technically this is in SE17. Other prime sites that have a good mix of independent stores and good pedestrian flow are Tower Bridge Road and The Cut.

We help businesses find suitable commercial property across SE1, have a look at our website and get in touch if this sounds of use to you.

Try Grange Road, at the Tower Bridge end.

There are empty sites at the base of Augustus House (Court?) at the north end of Old Kent Road - advertised with Kalmars. One is opening up as a computer repair shop.

There is a vacant shop to let on Tower Bridge Road.
