The meeting is a chance for residents, businesses and other users of the ward to tell the Safer Neighbourhood Team about your concerns and what you would like us to concentrate our time on.

http://www.met.police.uk/saferneighbourhoods Current ward priorities:
Anti social behaviour involving drugs in local parks.
Squatting in the Hand in Hand pub on Meadow Row.
Anti social behavior caused by youths outside Bramwell House.
Dangerous cycling on Borough High Street.
(I assume knife crime, burglary, mugging are under control.)
Quote: The team have recently been dealing with individuals causing anti social behaviour and shoplifting at the Tesco Express on Long Lane.
The problems at Tesco Express have been greatly reduced after extra security guards were employed.
Some individuals were given a Penalty Notice.
I wonder if anyone paid the Penalty or had to carry out more shoplifting to get the money.
