Soft furnishings: repairs and new work

One of our heavy roman blinds has decided to malfunction and we were wondering if anyone knows of someone who might be able to repair them. The problem is that the hooks have broken.

We also want to recover the seats of some dining chairs. Perhaps the same person / firm can do both jobs?
