I was very disappointed to read that Dockhead Post Office is being closed down.

Does anyone know when the closure is likely to happen?

ther is no confirmed date for consultation or closure

The consultation is over; yesterday it was announced that Dockhead PO will definitely close, along with 12 others in Southwark and Lambeth.

The closures start to kick in next month. I'd be grateful if people could keep their eyes peeled for notices at Dockhead announcing the date of closure and post the details here.
