it is certainly a lot more conservative than prior plans-one wonders if this is an effort to sell with planning permission attached. It is hard to see what can be done with a bar that small

Given that you're taking over the rest of SE1, Julie, why not bring Simon the Knitter back to life as well? ;0)

I know a crowd who'd come down on the first and third Fridays of each month.....

Its got a kitchen on the ground floor, built for the pub. At least it did have.

the plans show the toilets being moved to the back of the pub to accomodate a proposed hallway to the flats upstairs and no kitchen area. Would be difficult to build in as space will be smaller than current. Difficult to see a bar doing much trade with no food etc.
