Is there anywhere nearby (I'm near London Bridge) that fixes mobiles? My motorola KRZR K1 has got a broken screen.

Peckham or Walworth Road have lots of places that do this, but maybe The Blue would be a good place to try. There appears to be no piece of a mobile that you can't get in Peckham.

I've found a replacement on ebay for about a tenner and a step by step instruction site too. I'm gonna be brave and attempt it!

I've replaced loads of screens in my phones sourced on line, the first time I was a bit nervous, but it really isn't too hard, just clear a space to work, and remember where every screw came from. Place them in order, or in relative position on your desk, and 'reassembly is disassembly in reverse' as they say in the Haynes car manuals. You might need a tiny 'torx' or star type screw driver, sometimes a tiny flat screwdriver will fit. Soon you'll be fixing your mates' laptops- Easy!

I'm quite looking forward to it. The website says I need a Torx 5 screwdriver.
