If milk from Sainsbury's doesn't go off within 48 hours of being purchased (as it often does from local shops during the summer, their refridgeration clearly not being up to it), then that must be a bonus.
Yes why do supermarket management allow their staff to work when they can't present themselves hygenically? Are the managers too "scared" to bring up the subject for fear of offending some of their workers, whilst allowing their customers to be offended by the smells that seems to circulate around some of these people.
had a glance at bermondsey square today..looks rather nice in a kind of baby-empire square way. the suspended lighting is rather funky and the overall finish is attractive. on the other hand, sainsbury looks tiny...smaller than the borough high st branch and hopefully the pavement will be redone at the long lane facing side-its really grotty right now
