50 per hour for up to 15 (though 10 is better). Let me know if you're still interested and I'll ask her on Tuesday.

I'm very local but I don't have any children - do you intend bringing your children to the classes?

I recently moved to the area too and just spotted that there is a Buddhist Centre on Spa Road which offers meditation. They seem to have free 'drop-in' sessions as well as a 4 week beginner's course for 30. I was thinking about taking this in October and wondered if anyone had tried it/been there and had any feedback?

Andy at the Columbo Centre is both helpful and knowlegable. He gives a great massage as well.
