I recently moved to the area too and just spotted that there is a Buddhist Centre on Spa Road which offers meditation. They seem to have free 'drop-in' sessions as well as a 4 week beginner's course for £30. I was thinking about taking this in October and wondered if anyone had tried it/been there and had any feedback?
Hi Rebekah, I just saw your post, did you find a teacher for your mums class at Mint Street? I live in SE1 and I teach dynamic yoga to music and would definately be interested if you're still looking. I'm also looking for studio space to hire for yoga classes if anyone knows of anything local please let me know.
On 9th November 2010, my yoga class will be moving to a new location - the basement studio at 8-18 London Bridge Street, London SE1 9SG (from 7.35 pm to 8.35 pm on Tuesdays). For further information please email [email protected]
