having watched The Salon over the past few months it seems an awful lot of people mention having it to whether i need a similar regime I am not quite sure as my agility dont involve mirror and peculiar angles! :-)

I think Jai's confusion arises 'cos Jan seems to moon bending backwards whilst most of us bend forwards. She is a saucy devil!
