The pub - was ok, the Bank's was more expensive than last time (though that's not difficult when it was 1:60), the barman used to work there about a year ago, before the previous owners, after the Betty Boop people left.... (i think)

The olives and coffee from the Deli on the corner of Wild's Rents were fabulous too!

Sorry Jac. I'd deliberately brought my bike as a tecnhique to not still be in the pub at closing time, but it meant we missed seeing you.

(After spending most of last week visiting and judging pubs for work - honestly - I can say that Simon's has a way to go before it comes anywhere close to getting on my shortlist. They could start by giving the place a bit of a clean, perhaps.)
